The following statements and warranties regarding the quality and accuracy of the Services are excluded by us. There is no liability for any loss incurred as a result of misuse of your password. It is our responsibility to limit our liability to the exposure limit specified in your account. For indirect, special or consequential damages, we will not be liable for any damages.

This Agreement does not exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
